What is a microdose?

In the scientific community ‘true’ micro dosing is considered ‘sub perceptual’, meaning one can’t distinctly perceive the effects; users generally report an elevated mood, increased focus, and better feeling overall.

We suggest trying your first few experiences on care-free days with few responsibilities to help gauge your sweet spot (do not drive until you can anticipate the effects of your dosage). Please be safe, responsible and aware that set and setting are important factors to consider when on a higher dose.  Do not operate heavy machinery and have a trusted friend to ensure your safety and comfort.

Dosing is a subjective experience for each person, for this reason, we offer small, medium, and large capsules to give the individual greater control.  If new to micro-dosing, we suggest starting small, you can increase dosage (by increasing quantity) if seeking a stronger effect.

*Take in the morning before first meal with morning tea for faster onset, when digested with food, may take longer for onset. Drink water, hydratation is health.

30-45 min for onset

4 days on, 3 days off

Days off are to prevent tolerance, and allows effectiveness when start cycle again.  Moderation for the win!
